Freshworks Inc announces a strategic partnership with Tata Consultancy Services. Freshworks is a US-based customer engagement software firm. Aims to jointly deploy new age marketing, sales, customer success and IT solutions. Freshworks has a headcount of over 3,000 members in its offices across the globe. TCS will provide its global experience and digital offerings through the tie-up.
