ISRO to launch earth observation satellite EOS-01 on November 7

It will be the first launch by ISRO since the COVID-induced lockdown in March

The launch will be subject to weather conditions at the Satish Dhawan Space Centre, Sriharikota

EOS-01 is aimed for applications in agriculture, forestry and disaster management aid

Nine customer satellites are also being sent under the commercial agreement with NewSpace India Limited

This will be the 51st mission of ISRO’s workhorse Polar Satellite Launch Vehicle
