Nazara Technologies filed a draft for IPO on January 15
If successful, Nazara would be the first Indian gaming company to go public
It intends to expand its distribution network through the funding
Currently, Nazara has presence across 64 countries
In the last five years, it has invested over ₹300 crores in the Indian gaming ecosystem
