Social media platform ShareChat enters the Unicorn Club
Its parent firm Mohalla Tech raised $502 Million in a funding round
The funding round was led by Lightspeed Ventures and Tiger Global
The fresh funding will be used to strengthen the user base and creator community
So far, ShareChat has raised over $766 million via six funding rounds
The platform has over 280 million users in the main app and subsidiary app, Moj
Moj was launched after TikTok was banned
