Broadband India Forum backs TRAI’s public Wi-Fi recommendations. TRAI’s recommendations to help achieve govt’s ‘Broadband for All’ targets: BIF. TRAI argued to review the existing unified license or VNO license norms. They further recommended a one-time registration fee of Rs 10,000 for pan-Indian operations. TRAI’s public Wi-Fi recommendations will boost village entrepreneurship and employment.
