Bharti Airtel shuts down the 3G network in Kerala. Airtel is upgrading all 3G services to 4G. Airtel will continue to provide 2G services. All broadband of Airtel service now will have high-speed 4G network. Airtel uses spectrum bank across 2300 Mhz (TD LTE), 2100 Mhz (LTE 2100), & 1800 Mhz (FD LTE).upgrading
Third edition of DataHack Summit by Analytics Vidhya to be held in Bengaluru. It is India’s largest conference on Applied AI & Machine Learning. Kerala to provide free high-speed internet connection. The project is titled Kerala Fiber Optic Network (KFON). The project aims to provide free high-speed internet to over 20 lakh BPL households. Cabinet has given Rs 1,548 crore for the project. The project is a joint venture of KSEB & Kerala IT Infrastructure & will be completed by December 2020. The project aims to improve IT infrastructure at educational institutions, ports and airport.

Bharat Electronics ltdന്റെ നേതൃത്വത്തിലുള്ള കണ്‍സോര്‍ഷ്യം പ്രോജക്ട് നടപ്പാക്കും. കിഫ്ബി സഹായത്തോടെ നടപ്പാക്കുന്ന പദ്ധതിയ്ക്ക് ആകെ ചെലവ് 1548 കോടി. 2020 ഡിസംബറോടെ പദ്ധതി പൂര്‍ത്തീകരിക്കും.
