697.9 കോടി രൂപ നിക്ഷേപം നേടി PhonePe.ബംഗലൂരു ആസ്ഥാനമായ ഡിജിറ്റല്‍ പേമെന്റ് കമ്പനിയാണ് PhonePe. സിംഗപ്പൂര്‍ ബേസ് ചെയ്ത പാരന്റ് കമ്പനി PhonePe പ്രൈവറ്റ് ലിമിറ്റഡ് സിംഗപ്പൂരില്‍ നിന്നാണ് നിക്ഷേപം. ഫൗണ്ടേഴ്സായ രാഹുല്‍ ചാരി വര്‍ദ്ധയും സമീര്‍ നിഗമും കമ്പനിയിലെ തങ്ങളുടെ സ്റ്റേക്ക് വര്‍ദ്ധിപ്പിച്ചിരുന്നു. ഈ വര്‍ഷം മാര്‍ച്ചിലും PhonePe പാരന്റ് കമ്പനിയില്‍ നിന്ന് 763 കോടി രൂപയുടെ നിക്ഷേപം നേടിയിരുന്നു.

CCDയുടെ ഓഹരികള്‍ കഴിഞ്ഞ 6 മാസത്തിനിടെ 41 ശതമാനവും ഒരാഴ്ചക്കുള്ളില്‍ 22 ശതമാനത്തിലധികവും ഇടിഞ്ഞു. ഓഹരി പങ്കാളിയില്‍ നിന്ന് നേരിടേണ്ടി വന്ന സമ്മര്‍ദ്ദം താങ്ങാന്‍ കഴിയുന്നില്ലെന്ന് സിദ്ധാര്‍ഥ ഒരു കത്തില്‍ വ്യക്തമാക്കിയിരുന്നു. കര്‍ണാടക മുന്‍ മുഖ്യമന്ത്രി എസ്.എം.കൃഷ്ണയുടെ മരുമകനാണ് വി.ജി.സിദ്ധാര്‍ഥ.
Cafe Coffee Day shares slump, hits an all-time low after its founder VG Siddhartha goes missing. VG Siddhartha, the son-in-law of former Karnataka CM SM Krishna, is missing since Monday evening. VG Siddhartha’s stake in the company stands at 32.75% of which 71.4% are pledged. Stocks of CCD has fallen over 41% in the last 6 months and over 22% in a week’s period. CCD’s market capitalization reduces to Rs 3,254.33 Cr from Rs 4067.65 Cr the previous trading day. Bengaluru-based CCD is India’s largest coffee chain.

E-commerce major Amazon to buy Uber Eats India business. Uber Eats is likely to consider a valuation of $300 million. Amazon plans to add food delivery services to its portfolio in India. Food delivery startup Bigbasket gains Rs 100 Cr in debt funding from Trifecta Capital. This will be the largest venture debt transaction in India. Funds will be used to meet the working capital requirements of Bigbasket. Bigbasket competes with the likes of Grofers, Amazon.in and Flipkart. Founded in 2011, Bigbasket has operations spread across 26 Indian cities.
