തെലങ്കാനയിലെ വിമണ്‍ എന്‍ട്രപ്രണേഴ്സ് ഹബുമായി പങ്കാളിത്തം വഹിക്കാന്‍ Microsoft. സ്ത്രീ സംരംഭകരെ പ്രോത്സാഹിപ്പിക്കാനുള്ള തെലങ്കാന സര്‍ക്കാരിന്റെ ഒരു ഇനിഷ്യേറ്റീവാണ് Women Entrepreneurs Hub. ഇന്നവേഷനില്‍ സ്ത്രീകളെയും ടെക്നോളജി, എഞ്ചിനീയറിംഗ് കരിയറുകളില്‍ പെണ്‍കുട്ടികളെയും ഈ പങ്കാളിത്തം പ്രോത്സാഹിപ്പിക്കും. ടെക്നോളജിയുടെ വിവിധ മേഖലകളില്‍ സ്ത്രീകള്‍ക്ക് മികച്ച നെറ്റ്വര്‍ക്കിംഗ് അവസരവും ഇതിലൂടെ ഒരുക്കും.
ഇലക്ട്രിക്കല്‍ വാഹനങ്ങളിലേക്ക് രാജ്യം ചുവടുവെയ്ക്കുമ്പോള്‍ ഇന്ത്യന്‍ നിരത്തുകളില്‍ കണ്ണുവെയ്ക്കുകയാണ് കേരളത്തിന്റെ സ്വന്തം ഇലക്ട്രിക്ക് ബൈസിക്കിള്‍ ബ്രാന്‍ഡ് Tezlaa. പ്രകൃതിസൗഹൃദവും ഫ്യുയല്‍ എഫിഷ്യന്റുമായ ഈ ഇലക്ട്രിക് ബൈസിക്കിളിന് സവിശേഷതകള്‍ ഏറെയുണ്ട്. കൊച്ചിയിലെ ഇലക്ട്രോണിക്ക് ഇന്‍കുബേറ്ററായ മേക്കര്‍ വില്ലേജിലെ സ്മാഡോ ലാബ്സ് എന്ന സ്റ്റാര്‍ട്ടപ്പാണ് സംസ്ഥാനത്ത് ആദ്യമായി ഒരു ഇ-ബൈസിക്കിള്‍ നിര്‍മ്മിച്ച് വിപണിയിലെത്തിക്കുന്നത്. മിഥുന്‍ വി ശങ്കര്‍, ജിഷ്ണു പി, അഷിന്‍ എന്നീ മൂന്ന് ചെറുപ്പക്കാരാണ് ടെസ്ലയുടെ ആശയത്തിന് പിന്നില്‍. ടെസ്ലയുടെ ലോഞ്ച് കൊച്ചി ഇന്റഗ്രേറ്റഡ് സ്റ്റാര്‍ട്ടപ്പ് കോംപ്ലക്സില്‍ നടന്നു. ഒരു സൈക്കിള്‍ യുഗം വീണ്ടും വരണമെന്ന ചിന്തയില്‍ നിന്നാണ് ഇലക്ട്രിക് ബൈസിക്കിള്‍ നിര്‍മ്മിച്ചതെന്ന് Smado ലാബ്സ് സിഇഒ മിഥുന്‍ വി ശങ്കര്‍ Channeliamനോട് പറഞ്ഞു. ആല്‍ഫ, ആല്‍ഫ പ്രോ എന്നിങ്ങനെ രണ്ട് മോഡലുകളിലാണ് സൈക്കിള്‍ ഇറക്കുന്നത്. 2 മണിക്കൂര്‍ ചാര്‍ജ് ചെയ്താല്‍ 50 കിലോമീറ്റര്‍ വരെ സഞ്ചരിക്കാവുന്നതാണ് ആല്‍ഫ മോഡല്‍. ആല്‍ഫ പ്രോയില്‍ 100 കിലോമീറ്റര്‍ വരെയും യാത്ര ചെയ്യാം. രണ്ട് മണിക്കൂര്‍…
World Economic Forum to launch Drone delivery of medicines in Telangana. The project will be called ‘Medicine from the Sky’. The project will be conducted in collaboration with Govt of Telangana and Health Net Global. Study will be conducted to check how drone delivery can be an effective transportation mode. The project will be under strict supervision of leaders in medicine, tech and research.
Project Management Institute Kerala (PMIK) organises event ‘Plant The Future’. The event will take place on 21 July at 9 am. PMIK will plant flowering plants at Kazhakuttom-Kovalam Bypass Road, Trivandrum. The event will be co-hosted by National Highways Authority of India (NHAI). The aim of the event is to build a safer and greener environment for tomorrow. The event is in line with the sustainable development goals of the UN.
Kochi to host Women Startup Summit 2019. The summit will be held on 1 August 2019 at Integrated Startup Complex, Kochi. The event is an initiative by KSUM to encourage aspiring women entrepreneurs. The program aims at creating an inclusive startup ecosystem in Kerala. The event will be the biggest of its kind in India.

Grocery brand Nature’s Basket to be launched in Kolkata. Nature’s Basket sells products including fresh fruits & vegetables, meat, FMCG and staples. RPSG plans to set up 15-20 Nature’s Basket stores in Kolkata. Nature’s Basket was recently acquired by RP- Sanjiv Goenka (RPSG) Group from Godrej for Rs 300 Cr.
