India introduces e-retail chain for the rural community. The initiative follows the model of Flipkart and Amazon. The app, backed by the Govt of India, focuses only on rural-level retail activities. Customers can order supplies through this specially curated app. It is designed for the supply of essentials in villages through fast-expanding outlets. Amazon India to launches Amazon Pay Later in India. The service offers instant zero-interest credit to customers. Customers can repay them in monthly installments up to 12 months.
