Bengaluru-based MTR Foods sets up Rs. 50 Cr startup fund. The funding mainly targets startups in food processing business. The 95-year-old company manufactures packaged foods including Idli & dosa. MTR’s parent company Orkla Ventures had announced venture funding in 2017. The company, listed as a Fortune Next 500, registered a revenue of Rs 900 Cr in 2018.
