Paytm Payments Bank enables banking through Aadhaar cards
The new feature is called Aadhaar enabled Payment System (AePS)
Paytm customers can access basic banking services like withdrawal and mini statement
The maximum amount is limited to Rs 10,000 per transaction
Will benefit people in rural and semi-urban areas where access to ATM services is limited
Paytm also plans to incorporate features like cash deposit, interbank fund transfer soon
