The FLO Incubator is a national-level initiative launched during 2020-21
Targets early-stage startups and help them with business models and scale-up strategies
Aims to facilitate 20+ women entrepreneurs with each unit structured to run for a month
The cell will be set up at CIE, the largest academic Incubator in the country
