Vedanta to return all the shares tendered after delisting fails

Total number of shares validly tendered by public shareholders in the delisting offer is Rs 125.47 crore

This is less than the minimum number of shares required to be accepted by the acquirers

Though bankers and promoters approached SEBI for an extension, it wasn’t granted

Vedanta is the third company to make unsuccessful delisting efforts in last two years
