Social Media platform Instagram launches Lite version of the app in India
Instagram Lite occupies less space on Android and consumes lesser data
Facebook initially tested the Instagram Lite app in the country back in June 2018
The app will be available in Bangla, Gujarati, Hindi, Kannada, Malayalam, Marathi, Punjabi, Tamil and Telugu
Facebook-owned Instagram has launched a handful of products including short video platform ‘Reels’
