Spacetech startup Pixxel’s first satellite to be launched in February 2021
The satellite ‘Anand’ will be launched as part of ISRO’s PSLV-C51 mission
Two weeks ago, Pixxel had partnered with NSIL for the satellite launch
Anand’s data will help tackle issues like pest infestations, crop diseases, forest fire detection and air & water pollution
As part of PSLV-C51 mission, two more satellites – SATISH SAT and UNIT-SAT- will also be launched
On December 17, ISRO successfully launched communication satellite ‘CMS-01’ onboard PSLV-C50
