E-commerce platform Myntra changes logo after complaint
Mumbai based activist lodged complaint stating the previous logo was offensive towards women
Though Myntra didn’t formally announce new logo, it updated websites and app with the new one
The complaint was issued by Naaz Patel, the founder of an NGO called Avesta Foundation
Myntra responded to the complaint filed in December saying they will change logo in a month’s time
Myntra is one of the largest e-commerce platforms in India
It is the fashion and lifestyle accessories marketplace of Flipkart Group
