പേരന്റ് കമ്പനിയില്‍ നിന്നും 427 കോടി രൂപയുടെ നിക്ഷേപം നേടി PhonePe. ഇതിനോടകം 240 മില്യണ്‍ ഡോളറാണ് PhonePe നേടിയത്. Paytm, Google Pay, Amazon Pay എന്നീ കമ്പനികളുമായുള്ള മത്സരത്തിലാണ് PhonePe. 2019 മാര്‍ച്ച് 31ന് അവസാനിച്ച സാമ്പത്തിക വര്‍ഷം 1904 കോടി രൂപയുടെ നഷ്ടം കമ്പനി നേരിട്ടിരുന്നു. Walmart ഉടമസ്ഥതയിലുള്ള ഫ്ളിപ്പ്കാര്‍ട്ടിന്റെ ഡിജിറ്റല്‍ പേയ്മെന്റ് ആമാണ് PhonePe.
എമര്‍ജിങ്ങ് AI ഫോക്കസ്ഡ് സ്റ്റാര്‍ട്ടപ്പ് അവാര്‍ഡ് കരസ്ഥമാക്കി കേരള ബേസ്ഡ് സ്റ്റാര്‍ട്ടപ്പ് Concept Bytes. കേരള സ്റ്റാര്‍ട്ടപ്പ് മിഷന് കീഴിലുള്ള concept bytes മുംബൈയില്‍ നടന്ന ഫോര്‍ബ്സ്-മൈക്രോസോഫ്റ്റ് ഇവന്റിലാണ് അവാര്‍ഡ് നേടിയത്. കമ്പനിയുടെ സ്മാര്‍ട്ട് സര്‍വയലന്‍സ് എന്ന പ്ലാറ്റ്ഫോം എന്റര്‍പ്രൈസുകള്‍ക്ക് നാലു വിവിധ സര്‍വയലന്‍സ് സിസ്റ്റം നല്‍കുന്നു. രാജ്യത്തെ പ്രൈവറ്റ് സെക്ടര്‍ ബാങ്കുകള്‍ മുതല്‍ വെസ്റ്റ് ഏഷ്യയിലേയും ആഫ്രിക്കയിലേയും റീട്ടെയില്‍ ചെയിനുകള്‍ വരെ പ്ലാറ്റ്ഫോം ഉപയോഗിക്കുന്നുണ്ട്. Microsoft Azure മാര്‍ക്കറ്റ് പ്ലേയ്സിലും പ്ലാറ്റ്ഫോം ലിസ്റ്റ് ചെയ്തിട്ടുണ്ട്.
Ford ഉടമസ്ഥതയിലുള്ള ഇ-സ്‌കൂട്ടര്‍ കമ്പനി സ്പിന്‍ ജര്‍മ്മനിയില്‍ ലോഞ്ച് ചെയ്യും. ഫ്രാന്‍സില്‍ ഇ-സ്‌കൂട്ടര്‍ പെര്‍മിറ്റ് ലഭിക്കാനുള്ള അപേക്ഷയും നല്‍കും. ബൈക്ക് ഷെയര്‍ സ്റ്റാര്‍ട്ടപ്പായിരുന്ന സ്പിന്നിനെ 2018ല്‍ ഫോര്‍ഡ് ഏറ്റെടുക്കുകയായിരുന്നു. 100 മില്യണ്‍ ഡോളറിനാണ് Ford സ്പിന്‍ കമ്പനിയെ ഏറ്റെടുത്തത്. Bird, Lime, Circ എന്നീ കമ്പനികളുമായി മത്സരത്തിലാണ് Spin.
2025ല്‍ AI സെക്ടറിന്റെ മൂല്യം 100 ബില്യണ്‍ ഡോളറാകുമെന്ന് റിപ്പോര്‍ട്ട്. 2019ല്‍ ആഗോളതലത്തില്‍ 45-58 ബില്യണ്‍ ഡോളറാണ് AI സെക്ടറില്‍ നിക്ഷേപമായെത്തിയത്. AI സ്റ്റാര്‍ട്ടപ്പുകള്‍ക്ക് മാത്രം 14 ബില്യണ്‍ ഡോളറാണ് കഴിഞ്ഞ വര്‍ഷം നിക്ഷേപമായി ലഭിച്ചത്. ഇന്ത്യയടക്കം 28 രാജ്യങ്ങളില്‍ ഇപ്പോള്‍ AI പോളിസികളും സ്ട്രാറ്റജികളും തയാറാക്കുകയാണ്. ബംഗലൂരുവിലെ AI Application & Digi-Tech summitല്‍ ആണ് ഇത് വ്യക്തമാക്കിയത്. AI മേഖലയില്‍ ജോലി ചെയ്യുന്ന 4 മില്യണ്‍ ടെക്ക് പ്രഫഷണലുകളാണ് ഇന്ത്യയിലുള്ളത്. 2025ല്‍ AI മാര്‍ക്കറ്റ് റവന്യു 118 ബില്യണ്‍ ഡോളറാകുമെന്ന് Tractia research. AI റിസര്‍ച്ചില്‍ ഇന്ത്യ ചൈനയ്ക്ക് പിന്നിലാണ്. AI സംബന്ധിച്ച എജ്യുക്കേഷനിലടക്കം ഇന്ത്യ ഫോക്കസ് ചെയ്യുന്നുണ്ട്. കൃഷി, സ്മാര്‍ട്ട് സിറ്റി, സ്‌കില്ലിങ്ങ്, ഗവേണന്‍സ്, ആരോഗ്യം എന്നീ മേഖലകളില്‍ AI സഹായകരമാകുമെന്നും വിദഗ്ധര്‍.
