Huawei Technologies launched world’s first 5G communications hardware for the automotive industry. With the launch of 5G hardware the world’s biggest telecoms equipment maker promises to become a pivotal supplier in the automotive sector of self driving car. Chinese technology Huawei has used Balong 5000 chip for the hardware development. Huawei has developed world’s first 5G car module with high speed and high quality. It launched the module at the Shanghai Autoshow, which began last week. The company has come under increasing scrutiny from Washington which alleges that its equipment could be used for espionage.
