Bengaluru-based social audio platform Headfone raises $750 K from Fosun RZ Capital. Headfone allows users to listen to stories, talk shows, radio channels, podcasts and more. Using the platform, users can also record and share audios. The startup currently has above 500K downloads on its Android app store. Headfone provides its users access to content in vernacular languages. According to the firm, a user spends about 50 minutes a day listening to the platform.

The firm targets 25K institutional partners including schools, colleges and exam bodies. Currently, PayTm offers free payment services across 10K educational institutions. The company reported 5.5 Bn transactions for FY 2019.

Indian cloud kitchen company Rebel Foods raises $ 5 Mn funding from Go-Jek. Go-Jek, an Indonesian ride hailing major, made the investments through Go-Ventures. Rebel Foods owns an array of cloud kitchen brands including Faasos, Oven Story etc. Pune-based Rebel Foods was last valued at $198.7 Mn. The company has cloud kitchens across 12 cities in India.

Go-Jekന്റെ ഇന്‍വെസ്റ്റ്മെന്റ് വിഭാഗമായ Go Ventures വഴിയാണ് നിക്ഷേപമിറക്കിയത്. cloud kitchen ബ്രാന്റുകളായ Faasos, Oven Story, Lunch Box, Behrouz തുടങ്ങിയവയൊക്കെ Rebel Foosd ന്റെ ഉടമസ്ഥതയിലാണ്. കമ്പനി നേരത്തെ 20.9 മില്യണ്‍ ഡോളര്‍ സമാഹരിച്ചിരുന്നു .
