Automobile makers halt production till the end of March. The decision comes after Covid-19 pandemic in India & will be revised based on govt guidelines. Maruti Suzuki, Hero MotoCorp, Tata Motors, Bajaj, Fiat & Mercedes-Benz India will halt production activities. Covid 19: RBI to inject Rs 30k Cr into the financial market. It will be done via open market operations. The aim is to maintain financial stability in the wake of Coronavirus. It will be done in two tranches of 15k in March. The auction would take place on March 24 and 30. The Central Bank had infused Rs 10k Cr on Friday. Securities will be purchased with a coupon rate of 6.84%, 7.72%, 8.33% & 7.26%.
