RAC, Waitlisted ടിക്കറ്റുകളുടെ കണ്ഫര്മേഷന് സാധ്യത അറിയാന് Waitlist prediction ഫീച്ചറും ഉള്പ്പെടുത്തിയിട്ടുണ്ട്. ബുക്കിംഗ് ട്രെന്ഡ് ഡാറ്റ അനലൈസ് ചെയ്യുന്ന അല്ഗോരിതത്തിന്റെ അടിസ്ഥാനത്തിലാണ് കണ്ഫര്മേഷന് സാധ്യത പ്രവചിക്കുക.

Indian Railway website comes up in a new face lift with advanced technological features like next generation ticketing system in order to ease ticket booking. Indian Railways’ online booking travel portal, www.irctc.co, has now launched a beta version of its new User Interface. After collecting customer feedback, the website in its original form will come out.
The railway website’s digital base expansion is due to the increasing number of e-ticketing reservations. E-ticketing today constitutes about two third of total reserved tickets on Indian Railways.Over 13 lakh tickets are reserved on railway website on each day. In order to know the confirmation of RAC, waitlisted tickets- a feature on wait list also included.
The Next Generation e-Ticketing (NGeT) system of Railways provides easy search of seat availability and train details by not being login in to the website. The website has designed in a manner so as to make its navigation easier on smart phones and tablets as well. The idea was mooted by Union Minister of Railways Piyush Goyal for better user experience by employing best Information Technology industry practices
