Banks to soon charge for UPI transactions from 1 May 2019 . Customers using digital transactions like BHIM, PhonePe, Google Pay banks will charge a specific amount. Kotak Mahindra notified first 30 person to person transaction on UPI will be charged. Kotak bank to charge Rs 2.50 for wvery transaction worth Rs 1000 and Rs 5 levied above Rs 1000.
