Chatbot firm Niki.ai raises Rs. 11.6 Cr in convertible debt funding. The funding round included Unilazer, RSP India, and others. Niki.ai is India’s first fully automated chat bot app with no human intervention. The Bengaluru-based company claims to have more than 3 Mn users. The AI startup is backed by Tata Chairman Ratan Tata and SAP.iO
