Ti Technologies forays into global platform through acquisition by RCG

Crown Plaza at Kochi witnessed an acquisition event, a harbinger of change in the Kerala IT industry. TI Technologies, an IT service provider headquartered at Infopark, Kochi, was acquired by RCG Technologies, an American digital solutions provider. The event witnessed participation from eminent industry leaders. With the acquisition, Ti Technologies’ digital service is going places and expanding into a global platform.
Speaking at the event, Deepu Zacharia, Operations Head of RCG India, said, “We strongly believe that TI Technologies is able to function differently in the Kerala Startup Ecosystem.” Deepu shared the joy of being part of RCG Global Services. RCG is a global digital solution provider in data analytics.
Technopark CEO Hrishikesh Nair said that Kerala IT industry is way ahead, targeting software export worth $165 Bn, 9% growth, 300 Bn by 2022.
According to Dr. M.Beena IAS, Kerala has a vibrant ecosystem which is capable of recognizing entrepreneurship and helping them grow. She added that Kerala was proud to be a part of the first venture of an MNC like RCG in India. RCG employees are of the collective opinion that the IT industry in Kerala is vivacious.
TI Technologies is experienced in IT service areas including e-commerce, web/mobile application development, custom software and cloud technologies. Rob Simplot, CEO of RCG, said Ti Technologies’ service excellence and timely delivery prompted RCG for the acquisition.
