Hotstar rebrands as Disney+ Hotstar. The move is ahead of the launch of Disney+ in India. Hotstar’s logo now sports Disney’s blue & white shades. Disney acquired Star India’s Hotstar in 2017. The rebranded platform will bring a series of new content.
Disney Plus will be launched in India through the Hotstar app on March 29. Hotstar VIP subscribers can access contents in all languages except English. All Disney+ originals will be available on Disney+ Hotstar post launch.
