Tesla opens Indian subsidiary, registers first unit in Bengaluru
The entity is titled ‘Tesla India Motors and Energy Private Limited’
The unit will promote the sale of EVs and energy products in India
David Jon Feinstein, Vaibhav Taneja and Venkatrangam Sreeram are the directors of the Indian unit
The subsidiary has been registered with a paid capital of Rs 1 lakh & authorised share capital of Rs 15 lakh
