MobiKwik files for Rs 1,900 cr IPO ahead of Paytm
It has filed the draft offer document with Sebi
However, Paytm is yet to file the offer document
Issuance of new shares will bring the total offer shares worth Rs 1,500 cr to the company
The remaining Rs 400 cr will come from its existing shareholders
Selling shareholders include MobiKwik’s co-founders Bipin Preet Singh and Upasana Rupkrishna Taku
