IndianOil resumes work on select projects. The list includes 64 major projects worth more than Rs. 21,000 Cr. The company plans to ramp up operations towards normalcy after the lockdown. One of the resumed works is the Rs 3,338 cr-worth Paradip-Hyderabad products pipeline. On an average, IndianOil delivers 26 lakh cylinders every day in spite of the lockdown.

COVID-19: Reliance Foundation to provide meals to 3 Cr Indians. Meals would be provided under the foundation’s ‘Mission Anna Seva’ programme. It will benefit daily wage earners, slum-dwellers and frontline workers among others. It has already distributed over 2 Cr meals in 68 districts across 16 States and one Union Territory. At some locations, the foundation will give redeemable food tokens.

BMW’s electric car engine to emit music. Popular German composer Hans Zimmer is at the helm of the project. He is working on a series of mini-soundtracks to feature in BMW’s i4 sedan model. It will be introduced in 2021 along with the launch of the electric fleet. The tracks could be heard at various moments like when the car is at low speed or stops.
