BSNL-MTNL ലയനത്തിന് പിന്നാലെ കടങ്ങള്‍ വീട്ടുന്നത് മുതല്‍ നെറ്റ് വര്‍ക്ക് വിപുലീകരണത്തിന് വരെ ധനസമാഹരണം സഹായകമെന്ന് കേന്ദ്ര മന്ത്രി രവിശങ്കര്‍ പ്രസാദ്. സ്വകാര്യ മേഖലയില്‍ നിന്നും മാത്രം ധനസമാഹരണം നടത്തിയ InvITന്റെ ആകെ മൂല്യം അടുത്തിടെ 40,000 കോടി രൂപയിലെത്തിയിരുന്നു.
