സംസ്ഥാനത്തെ സ്റ്റാര്ട്ടപ്പുകള് ഏറ്റവുമധികം നേരിടുന്ന വെല്ലുവിളി മൂലധനത്തിന്റെ അഭാവമാണെന്ന് വ്യക്തമാക്കി കേരള സംസ്ഥാന ബജറ്റ് 2020-21. സ്റ്റാര്ട്ടപ്പുകള്ക്കായി മൂന്ന് പ്രധാന തീരുമാനങ്ങളാണ് ബജറ്റില് ധനമന്ത്രി ഡോ. ടി.എം തോമസ് ഐസക്ക് പ്രഖ്യാപിച്ചത്. സ്റ്റാര്ട്ടപ്പുകള്ക്കായി 10 കോടി വായ്പ ലഭ്യമാക്കുന്ന സ്കീമും കേരള സ്റ്റാര്ട്ടപ്പ് മിഷന് 73.5 കോടി വകയിരുത്തുമെന്നും ബജറ്റില് പ്രഖ്യാപനമുണ്ട്. ആസ്തി സെക്യൂരിറ്റി ഇല്ലാതെ വായ്പ : 10 കോടി വരെ സര്ക്കാര്, അര്ധസര്ക്കാര് പ്രമുഖ കോര്പറേറ്റുകള് അല്ലെങ്കില് സ്ഥാപനങ്ങള് എന്നിവയില് നിന്ന് വര്ക്ക് ഓര്ഡറുകള് ഉള്ള സ്റ്റാര്ട്ടപ്പുകള്ക്ക് ആസ്തി സെക്യൂരിറ്റി ഇല്ലാതെ വായ്പ ലഭ്യമാക്കും. വര്ക്ക് ഓര്ഡറിന്റെ 90 ശതമാനം, പരമാവധി 10 കോടി രൂപ വരെ പത്ത് ശതമാനം പലിശയ്ക്ക് ലഭ്യമാക്കുന്നതിന് സ്കീം. ഐക്യരാഷ്ട്ര സംഘടനയുടെ സുസ്ഥിര വികസന ലക്ഷ്യങ്ങളുമായി ബന്ധപ്പെട്ടതും സര്ക്കാരിന്റെ ഏതെങ്കിലും വകുപ്പിന് ആവശ്യമുള്ളതുമായ നൂതന ഉല്പ്പന്ന പ്രോട്ടോടൈപ്പുകളുടെ വിപുലീകരണ ഘട്ടത്തില് ഒരു കോടി വരെ ധനസഹായം നല്കും. 10 കോടി രൂപയാണ് ഇതിനായി…
