Digital payment frauds on the rise with customers preferring UPI payments. Post Corona outbreak, nearly half of Indian customers are concerned about digital payments. The findings came as part of a study by YouGov and ACI Worldwide. Nearly one-third of customers had to face card/digital payment fraud. Vulnerability to fraud remains the biggest consumer concern during digital transactions.

COVID-19: Delhi govt to launch vehicle disinfection services at fuel stations. Delhi govt had made disinfection of public buses and paratransit vehicles mandatory. The services will be deployed at minimal cost. Public transport services resumed in Delhi on May 19. DTC and Delhi Integrated Multimodal Transit System (DIMTS) operate 6,348 buses.
Facebook Messenger to warn users on potential scams. A new safety feature will be introduced to warn people of harmful interactions. The feature would enable safety notices to pop up in chats.
