Kerala waives off rent for all IT/ITeS companies for 3 months. Companies operating in IT Parks or govt-owned establishments will get the benefit. Rental for these months can be paid between July and September 2020. Rent is also waived off for incubation centres, non-IT firms like restaurants operating from the parks. Govt will not implement the pre-planned 5% hike in the rental for FY 2021.
