Govt to launch a portal for promoting domestic investments
The ‘Atmanirbhar Niveshak Mitra’ portal, slated for launch in May, is currently being tested
The portal will cater to handholding, information dissemination, and facilitation of domestic investors
The webpage will be available in regional languages along with a mobile app
It will update policies and new initiatives by central and state governments
A dedicated digital investment promotion and facilitation team at Invest India will work on it
