2010 മുതൽ ദുബായിലുള്ള ഷൈജു കഴിഞ്ഞ 10 വർഷമായി സുഹൃത്തുക്കളുടെ ഗ്രൂപ്പിനൊപ്പം ചേർന്ന് എല്ലാ മാസവും ബിഗ് ടിക്കറ്റ് എൻട്രികൾ വാങ്ങാറുണ്ട്. ഏപ്രിൽ 3ന് നടന്ന സീരീസ് 273 നറുക്കെടുപ്പിലാണ് ഷൈജുവിനെ തേടി ഭാഗ്യം എത്തിയത്. ബിഗ് ടിക്കറ്റ് റാഫിളിലെ ബിഗ് വിൻ മത്സരത്തിൽ 390,000 ദിർഹത്തിന്റെ ആകെ സമ്മാനത്തുക നേടിയ നാല് ഭാഗ്യശാലികളിൽ ഒരാൾ കൂടിയാണ് ഷൈജു. കോൾ ലഭിച്ചപ്പോൾ വിജയിയായ വാർത്ത അവിശ്വസനീയമായി തോന്നിയതായി ഷൈജു പറഞ്ഞു. സമ്മാനത്തുക സുഹൃത്തുക്കളുമായി പങ്കിടുമെന്നും ഇനിയും കൂടുതൽ ടിക്കറ്റുകൾ എടുക്കുമെന്നും അദ്ദേഹം വ്യക്തമാക്കി.
Abu Dhabi Big Ticket raffle has once again brought luck to a Malayali. Shaiju Karayatt, a sales executive who has been buying Big Ticket entries for nearly 10 years, won AED 100,000 (approx. ₹23 lakh). Living in Dubai since 2010, Shaiju regularly purchases tickets each month with a group of friends. His winning entry came in the 273rd series draw held on April 3. Shaiju was one of four winners who shared a total prize of AED 390,000 in the Big Win category. He said the news felt unbelievable when he got the call and added that he plans to share the prize money with his friends and continue participating in future draws
